更新 Jekyll 的 sitemap.xml - Wiki

Jekyll 默认的 sitemap.txt 功能有些羸弱，在我开启 _config.yml 中的 paginate 参数后，sitemap.txt 中多出了很多的 page2 page3 page4 page5，显然这些在sitemap中都是不必要的。
